I love everything about this item. I have chronic headaches and am sensitive to overly tight items, I can’t wear a handbag or ponytail holder a full day without getting a headache. This item stays on but never feels too tight or like it’s going to cut off circulation. I started with Locs June 2024 & my hair grew to the point where it was just rolling up in the ends in traditional bonnets. This allows my hair to stretch out, remain protected and leaves me headache free. It’s also very breathable. My hair is thick and feels like I’m wearing a hat year round as it is. If you get headaches, get overheated, have thick hair or have longer than shoulder length hair give this a whirl.

I've tried many bonnets but bought this one for my longer curly hair so it's not all bunched up. I like the double sided silk. It does sometimes fall off my head at night but doesn't happen enough to make me hate it.
