Good design
This is well built and a very convenient design. There are a few aftermarket options available but none that offer a removable version. Most aftermarket designs do not offer the width and thus support the factory backrest provides. It seems overpriced but there is nothing else comparable. It does seem to be of very good quality and fits securely on the Spyder.

that this is an OEM part
I really liked the fact that it was easy to install. I thought I was going to have to pay Cam Am to put it on. I tried to order this part thru the dealership however it was out of stock and no projected time of when it would be in stock. Thats when I turned to Amazon and lucked out there were only 4 in stock when I placed my order and I received it in 4 days. It has made the ride for passenger so much more comfortable and safer I am glad I made this purchase.

Very good quality
But being Oem, it better be good, right? Well this is made very well, fit very well, installs easily, and the wife is happier than h___! Got it this morning (Yes, Sunday!) and had it on in no time. Very satisfied!

Works great
Bought to help our teenager feel safe on the bike for their first ride and they felt safer with it on. Very comfortable and easy to install.

Nice, sturdy, fits a little lose so at slow speeds it rattles if that kinda thing bothers you. Looks awesome on the bike. Is it worth the money. Absolutely NOT!!!!!! Probably 35 dollars to produce this thing. But it works great so if your willing to piss away the money 💴 you will get a very cool looking and functional backrest.

Grandkids LOVE it
Turns out that when I went from 2 wheels to 3 I picked up a few extra passengers. I was hesitant at first to put the 10, 12, and 15 year old (grandkids) on the trike because of no back support. Then again, I like the look of my F3T without the backrest. This is the best of both worlds. Grandkids are on the trike all the time with me and when I ride with my buddy Frank, I take it off. Honestly it could stay in, the trike looks great either way. Installation was easy and it comes on and off with 1 person in less then 60 seconds.
