I’m really impressed with this BRBON Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract! The flavor is rich, smooth, and has that wonderful natural vanilla taste that makes such a difference in baking. You can definitely tell this is a higher-quality vanilla compared to some of the basic extracts I’ve used before. I’ve been using it in everything from cookies and cakes to frostings and homemade desserts, and it adds such a nice depth of flavor without being overpowering. I also love that it’s made from single-origin Madagascar beans and cold-extracted. A little goes a long way, and the 4 oz bottle is a great size to keep on hand for baking. Definitely recommend if you enjoy baking and want a quality vanilla extract!

The vanilla is beautifully packaged & absolutely no problems with shipping. Excellent quality & the vanilla is a rich deep Carmel color. I’m looking forward to using this when I bake. Replacing Trader Joe’s Madagascar Vanilla.

Lovely vanilla, but lighter than I need for baking
This is a great vanilla extract with a lovely flavour. I used it in vanilla cupcakes and buttercream, and it worked nicely, especially in the buttercream where the flavour came through more clearly. For baking, I do find that I personally prefer something a bit more potent, as the vanilla flavour can bake off a little more than I’d like. That said, it is still a quality vanilla and I enjoyed using it. I may have also used a little in my coffee… shhh. Still 5 stars from me.

Brbon Vanilla Extract from Madagascar
Really unctuous and has an amazing bouquet of delicious earthy vanilla. A little goes a long way, you only need half or less what a recipe or drink calls for, seriously! I put a drop or two in a coffee or hot chocolate, 4-5 drops in a smoothie instead of my normal of 1/2 tsp. Price is amazing, works out less than even cheap extracts from McCormick and Spice Islands. This is a great product at a great price!
