** ★★★★☆ 5-Star Review**I recently upgraded to the Samsung 43-Inch Class Crystal UHD U8000F (2025), and overall, it's been a solid leap forward from my old HD set.What I Love:Crisp 4K visuals and vibrant colors powered by the Crystal Processor 4K, offering lifelike upscaling even for non-4K content.Elegant MetalStream design with a slim bezel that looks modern and minimal—great aesthetic touch.Robust smart features via Tizen OS: easy access to loads of apps and thousands of free streaming channels through Samsung TV Plus.Built-in Knox Security for added peace of mind, helping protect my personal data on this connected device.Room for Improvement:The 60 Hz refresh rate isn’t ideal for serious gamers; casual plays are fine but don’t expect motion smoothness like on premium models.Picture contrast and brightness aren’t the deepest—dark scenes, especially in bright rooms, look a bit washed out compared to VA-panel or OLED TVs.Built-in speakers are just average—adding a soundbar makes a world of difference for richer audio.Bottom Line:If you want a stylish, user-friendly 4K TV with strong smart features at a budget price, this is a great fit. Nice TV. Easy to set up if you have a Samsung account, otherwise all you get is the wheel of death after you go to the link provided and then you have to use the remote to set it up. Still not easy. Not too heavy unless you have to install it up high as we did. Price was good, looks good, and it arrived on time. Could definitely use external speakers or a sound bar in this giant outdoor “safari bar” but the sound is still ok without.

Picture quality and such is quite nice, was able to get it out of the box and set up in a reasonable amount of time. I used an aftermarket mount, which probably took longer, but fit easily. Has reasonable enough sound, especially for a flat screen. TV is of reasonable weight of around 50 or so pounds which is quite impressive for such a large TV.The downsides. If you want to watch anything, it requires you to set up a Samsung account to access any features at all on the TV whatsoever. The remote included with it is minimalistic at best and highly annoying to use. Trying to enter the setup screen? It instead launches the samsung TV app and starts playing whatever crap is on there. Turning the TV on? Samsung TV app autoplays. Trying to access menus, Samsung TV app autoplays. In order to turn it off you have to dig into the advanced settings and manually disable features that do not seem related to it, as turning off autoplay does not turn off autoplay. The minimalist remote makes navigating things very difficult as it is not an improvement and I would much rather just have some basic standard buttons to do everything. The good news, I have an older Samsung TV and the old remote works perfectly with the new TV so I can work around it.

The TV was packaged well and easy to get out of the box. Although I managed to set up the TV by myself, I strongly recommend two people. The TV picture is stunning and they price was right. It took a little time but I was able to figure out how get to receimy cable box. Using the all the features it has to offer is going take a mental effort.I am extremely happy with Samsung TV and I would highly recommend it.

Tv was broken and couldn’t get my money back

I have had my new tv a few weeks now and I am very pleased. The initial set up was easy. I like the basic remote, no extra unnecessary buttons that get in the way. Everything I have watched has been clear and sharp pictures, a great 4K TV. Yes I would recommend this to friends and family.

The TV is very good and affordable. It provides a lot of free movies and tv shows. The picture quality is very good too.One thing, it is very thin so be careful when you set it up. Else, its a nice tv for the price.60 Hz refresh rate and a 4K resolution for the price is a nice deal.
