The flavor is rich and chocolatey—more like a soft brownie than a dry protein bar. Texture is chewy with a bit of crunch from the puffs, and the chocolate coating is nice without being overly sweet. Great for busy mornings, afternoon hunger, or a quick meal replacement. Not the cleanest ingredient list (soy protein, some sugar alcohols), and they contain common allergens (soy, milk, peanut, wheat, almond). Still, for the taste and convenience, I keep buying them. Would recommend if you like chocolate and want something more filling than a regular granola bar.

Delicious. Affordable. Great snack. I would not say 12 g of protein is enough for a meal replacement. But this is a good value and it is yummy without a protein like aftertaste.

These bars are a perfect meal on the go. Taste delicious. low sugar high protein. I am a nurse and keep them with me when unit to busy for full meal. Very satisfying

Protein candy bar
I would not use these for meal replacement. For me they are a supplemental treat for after dinner. Delightful but not a health food. I tried eating one for breakfast and was hungry 30 minutes later. So they will stay as a sweet treat for me.
