Do you have to heat the tape with hair dryer first? Will it stick without the heat?

Yes it sticks without heating But it’s going to adhere a lot better if U heat straightening out the rolling in Tapes I have used simple products like this U can also boil water hold tape above steam side peeling off Will also relax it. Hope this helps you Good luck Luv this tape
