Can this weld 1" steel square tubing?

Yes, this welder would b perfect for it

I have a hard time believing the 250amps part, can anyone confirm differently?

I have an amp meter and it stays pretty close to 225 maxed out. Thats running 1/8 7018. I've ran holes through 1/2in plate with a 6010 rod so it's pretty strong.
