Where are EasyGenie wall charts made?

Production takes place in two facilities outside of Boston, Mass. Larger wall charts are printed on offset presses. All charts we sell is printed on an acid-free, heavier paper stock which will last for hundreds of years under optimal conditions.

I am totally new to family history. How do I get started? I want to give this as a genealogy gift for family members.

It's never too late to research your genealogy! Start with yourself and work backwards, using vital records, interviews, and other trusted sources to connect the generations. It's OK to leave blank spaces in your tree until you verify information.

What makes genealogy gifts from EasyGenie so special?

We started EasyGenie because we love family history and helping others discover their roots. Our charts use high-quality paper and unique designs you won't find anywhere else, including large print forms that are easy to write and easy to read.

Why give paper genealogy charts as gifts when it's so easy to store family trees on a computer?

With EasyGenie, you control your genealogy! The genealogy gifts can be used to record core research, or passed down to the next generation. Share them with relatives who don't have access to ancestry services. The charts are easy to use.

How long will the genealogy gifts last?

Quoting the U.S. Library of Congress, which recommends acid-free paper for long-term preservation: "Good quality paper stored in good conditions (cooler temperatures; 30-40% relative humidity) are able to last a long time ... even hundreds of years."
