Aura HD Digital Picture Frame | Aspen: The Best Portrait or Landscape Frame

We’ve loved our Aura frame so much that we’ve even gifted it several times. It’s incredibly easy to use, and I appreciate how simple it is to share photos with other Aura users. The app works well and the photo storage is generous. Our kids enjoy reliving past outings and events and their friends even stop to watch and look for themselves on the screen when they come over. The images are clear and the frame itself is very stable and has good weight to it. I don't have to worry about it knocking over easily. I also like that the photos can be "flipped through" with a touch feature on top of the frame and not actually on the screen.

A wonderful gift for family member that lives in another state! Bought this for my 84 year old mom. I set it up for her and she literally has to do nothing but watch it. The app is fantastic and easy to use. Have added several family members which allows for sharing of many memories. Also the image quality is outstanding!

I love this digital picture frame. It took just a few minutes to set up. The app makes uploading photos from your phone or ipad to the frame very simple to do. The 12” size of the frame displays photos perfectly. You can shift them to your liking in the frame or use the full fit feature. I felt the price was a little steep, but when you can save literally all of your photos on the frame, it’s worth it. You can even very easily scan old photos into your phone (via the Aura app) and transfer them to your frame. Photos appear to be framed and have a nice mat around them when displayed.

We’ve purchased several of these frames as gifts for family members. They are SO easy to set up. The app is easy to use and makes it very convenient to keep photos uploaded. They are a bit expensive but they last a long time and I think they’re worth the price. I honestly have never used the touch screen because it’s all controlled from the app. They have a great picture.

This is an amazing, almost revolutionary thing. I have had digital frames before, but this is really very well thought out. The frame itself is beautiful and elegant, different style would make it fit anywhere. The process of adding photo is both simple and brilliant: in my case, I create an album in my iOS device and add photos to it. I link the album to the Aura frame and voilà! the pictures are there. I can edit the pictures in my phone and they will appear as edited in the frame. Through the frame app, I can change the framing of the picture if I want. I can share the album with other people so they can add pictures too ( you can also send by email or text I believe but haven’t tried that). Pictures are on the cloud, so you need wifi. The best part is that there is no need for a subscription. The frame has also touch button to navigate the pictures and to show info. The only minor thing I don’t like is that you cannot set a display time shorter than 15 seconds. Overall, a great product and a fantastic gift!

My brother recommended Aura digital picture frames. I wasn't sure how good it was. They tend to have the same pictures on their frame all of the time. I assumed there was a limited capacity for the number of pictures that could be loaded. I have about 1200 pictures on my frame. I have about 140 hours of home videos that we have taken over the years and have digitized them, as well. I appreciate my picture frame much more. It is always showing new pictures and it never gets old - and I don't have to sit down to devote time to looking at them. I can just seem them when I walk by or while I'm watching TV. I have bought my daughter and my in-laws Aura picture frames as well. The only mistake I made is that the first picture frame that I loaded, I loaded my sending the pictures in by e-mail. I don't have many pictures on my phone, at least the older ones. It took me about a month to load my picture frame. It take about a day and a half to load the same amount for my in-laws by uploading the pictures from my computer through the aura web site. My daughter will just use her phone and that will be quick, as well. I would recommend anyone with any digital pictures to get an Aura picture frame. I have the Aspen 12 inch frame.

This a great gift for elderly relatives who aren’t great with tech. It’s easy to add pictures through the web from your phone. I think it’s helpful to remind them of the good times and people they love. It’s also fun to send a picture to the frame real-time to show them pictures while you talk about them on the phone. I have one and I love it. Because the images aren’t permanently shown- I put even silly pictures on it that I never would have paid to print.

Purchased for a christmas gift for my parents in their 60s and ended up liking it so much I bought one for myself. Easy to set up and add photos to. I love that you can give permission for family or friends to add photos to it as well and share memories. My only recommendation is to take photos horizontally with cell phone if you're going to upload those photos to this frame. Vertical photos will still show up but it leaves a weird void to either side that you can blur but it looks better with horizontal photos.

Bought this a s a Christmas present for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Great image quality in a slim attractive frame. It has a pretty reliable app which let's you, or anyone else you invite, to be able to add photos to it from anywhere with an Internet connection. I question how long the "free unlimited storage" will remain free, given how companies love to start charging for things and adding ads, but so far so good. Be aware that there is no built in storage at all, so it relies solely on the cloud.

very high quality frame.Well constructed and the screen provides excellent viewing in all light conditions.Software and app are easy to use and provide all kinds of options.It was important to me that i had a frame that works well with Google photos (including auto upload from a Google photos folder).It does this with no problem at all.For anyone considering this frame i highly recommend it! I know this frame is a higher cost than many other frames but it is definitely worth the investment.

I purchased this frame for my mom for Christmas. I can't stress enough how beautiful of a gift it is, and how easy it is to upload pictures at the drop of a hat. My favourite feature is that I can add photos to her frame at any distance, and even select certain photos to appear on the frame in a timely manner. So phone calls become more fun when I can broadcast certain pictures virtually. Photos can be arranged both chronologically - which the frame can even tell you the precise date each picture was taken on by simply tapping the top of the frame once - or they can be arranged on shuffle mode. If you're looking for the perfect present that's a conversation starter and keepsake all in one, look no further!
