Had just over a week and it works really well! It heats up quickly and it’s a very sturdy piece of equipment. Easy to put together too.

This SALAV steamer is a lifesaver for my clothing reselling business. It heats up quickly and handles everything from delicate blouses to thick jackets with ease. The strong steam gets rid of wrinkles fast, saving me tons of time. The big water tank lasts through multiple items, and the built-in hanger is super convenient. A must-have for sellers!

I had always wanted a professional grade garment steamer. I didn't do much research other than "Amazon's Overall Pick." It is well made of quality materials. And boy does it WORK. The performance really is a far cry from my hand-held steamer. The wrinkles just fall right out, almost instantly. I think it has to do with the steam coming all the way through the hose, which must concentrate the heat...I was amazed. I did two shirts and a pair of heavy cotton pants, and I don't think I used even half of the water! Which brings me to my only quibbles: there is no way to see how much water is left in the tank. Also, the hose is opaque--it would be nice if it was see-through so that you could see if there is any mineral buildup. Also, the machine has to be set up and then broken down after use--you have to carefully drain the reservoir to prevent mildew/mineral buildup etc. So I recommend not using on just one item at a time, but maybe letting items accumulate and then do several at once, to capitalize on the time it takes to set up and break down. Also it does not fold up neatly for storage, it takes up some space. But all of that is the price paid for excellence ! Highly recommend.

Before and after photos. This is such a wonderful steamer. I have very heavy thick curtains. They were packed away for the hurricane. When I took them out of the box they were so wrinkled. This machine was a life saver. I was able to get the wrinkles out quickly on both sides. The water in the tank last a very long time long time so I did not need to constantly add water, such a plus. Heats up quickly and stores away nicely. Very time-saving and easily transportable. I highly recommend

The item works awesome I've had no problems with it yet used it three times and it has worked flawlessly each time. The steam output is very good and strong I have used it to reshape a few of my leather and felt cowboy hats not saying the company recommends this just saying it worked for me the unit heats up very fast is lightweight and much faster than trying to dig out and use an iron.I gave it to five stars where some may have said four the unit came broken with two small pieces of plastic off of the plastic casing this is only cosmetic and did not in any way affect performance in defense of the company I did not contact them and request them to do anything to alter or fix my problem so that's on me.

Quality made and easy to use!

This steamer is fabulous! The steamer puts out lots of steam and being able to turn it in and off with the foot pedal is wonderful! It is nice to be able to shorten the poles for storage and then lengthen them for steaming dresses and such. The water tank holds enough water that you don’t need to refill it often.

This steamer works great. I have to issues with it. Not worth giving a 4 star review but…. First whe the unit is off the red light is on. When you turn the unit on and it gets hot then the blue light is on. Seems backwards to me. Second. The hanger’s assembly is also backwards to me. The hanger and pants holder is on the back side of the riser. Now that I am writing this I need to see if I can just turn it around and re insert it.
