I love this cam. there is a bit of a learning curve to the editing but youtube is your friend.

I love this so much. It's a must have! I bring it to all of my gigs. It's such a breeze to set up and has captured some amazing moments.

Great product, works as it should

I bought this to do some filming of our cruise to Alaska. It worked great under ALL conditions and the videos await editing which might be a steep learning curve for this old man!

360x5 Excellent in so many ways. Quality build and video or pictures are top notch. I have wanted to jump into the 360 video world for 4 years and finally felt this is the camera I was waiting for with all its upgrades over prior models. Can’t wait to take it out on hikes, kayaking, summer concerts and even use it as a quick dash cam. If you add a micro card insure it’s an A2 for speed. Sandisk to be safe .

The camera itself works great. My biggest complaint is the stability of the editing software (Insta360 studio). I think if they can improve the editing experience this thing would be amazing. I've learned to live with it by frequently restarting studio as it starts to become less responsive. Without the editing software, the camera doesn't have much value, so I thought this was worth mentioning.

Think you're buying a camera? Try taking a forward lens only picture without the app installed. Zero functionality Brick! You literally can't unbox and do anything without installing and connecting, wifi, blue tooth, location, email, password, etc. Imagine a camera that wont take a picture until it knows where it is through the app on the phone that.. has a camera.... Want to tether to a device to transfer a file? Nonsense! or edit without wifi? HA! Location and bluetooth mandatory! App doesn't support starlapse mode but the camera does... that was an editing nightmare. Even with the seasonal price drop it's still overpriced even after you jump through all the hoops to use it. Oh, and it is fragile!! Very prone to heat expansion and case cracking, already had to buy a replacement. Picture and video quality is fair but the lenses can get foggy fast.

One of the best action cameras. Build quality amazing, value for money definitely, battery life isn’t great especially in the 8k format. Other than great product would definitely suggest to invest in different mounts as it enhances the usability to next level.
