Great everyday bag. The size is about perfect, it can hold a lot and I've loaded it with books and other heavy things and it carries well. Overall a well designed bag with a good layout and useful, thought out pockets. The color is as per the picture it's not really red, it's not really orange, it's a shade of red that looks a little orange. For me the color blends in with what you wear and does not draw attention to yourself with an expensive looking bag.So as an everyday bag for work, college, day trips, shopping, this is really good. It holds a laptop securely, easily a 15 inch - and the laptop does not touch the floor when the bag is put down, it is suspended in its pocket to protect it.If I was going to suggest any changes or improvements I would be being picky - but here goes anyway. The zips are standard zips, I would like to see the heavier YKK zips used on military bags. The fabric could be a little thicker, I like the heavy corduroy used on military bags, hard wearing and waterproof. The pull straps to secure the main straps are set high up, almost reaching to my shoulder when I put the bag on to shorten the main strap and make it secure and comfortable. These are minor criticisms of what is really one of the best bags I have ever had, it really is a quality product with a good design. Maybe Pacsafe will make a heavy duty military style bag one day, but until then this is excellent value for money, works well and is a pleasure to own.Update - I have been using this bag in Egypt for the last six weeks, both around the busy streets of Cairo in the hustle and bustle of the crowded markets and also in the deserts. The heat is unforgiving with strong sun light and temperatures over forty degrees. The bag stands up well. The color has not been affected by the sun. Its been sat on the sand, left under tables in busy cafes and has performed very well. All the features work well and are easy to use, its second nature now to put the strap around a table leg in a cafe. Even fully loaded in the heat, very impressed. After all this use I would be struggling to find a negative comment. The material that sits against your back is a type of nylon I think, in very high temperatures it makes your back very hot. Other than that it's excellent. I use it everyday, the only change I would like is to see a small pocket inside the main compartment to put spectacles or MP3 player in. There's space in the small outer pockets but in the main compartment there are no pockets and smaller items have to be searched for. Its a minor request for a bag that is overall excellent.

25l size - sufficient enough to put my laptop and much other stuff. A sufficient number of various pockets and compartments to appropriately pack your things. In addition, it is very comfortable and safe, too.

This is my second Pacsafe backpack.The first lasted for years and gave brilliant service.Great security features and intelligent design that make life easy when travelling in a busy city.

Great backpack with good size for a daypack with the added attraction of being harder for thieves to get into. Lots of extra pockets for the more organised user.

Excellent bag. What I really like is its discreet and doesn't have brand names wrote on it meaning that depending upon where you are going you could be mugged for the bag alone!

Very uncomfortable to wear and the straps are way too long, even on their shortest setting. Also not as big as expected. Returned immediately.

Bought this for my husband to take on a 2 month trip Down Under. Excellent product, very spacious
