Seems to be a helpful supplement for my wife's eczema. She has been taking it for several months. The eczema patches are decreasing and her skin is looking much better. Is it due to this? Not sure, but she will continue to take this supplement anyway.

Great Supplement

I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rhumatica, worse than fibromyalgia. Dr diagnosis i read i hit every symptom that related to my symptoms. Lost 32#s in few weeks. All muscle tone one to flab and creape skin. Weak, pain, fell on floor, unable to get up as i couldnt bend knees (try it sometime). Depression, loss of appetite and foods became abnoxious . Was put on prednisone 10mg. Been on few months now snd prednisone is fairky hazardous to our bodies, bad side effects. Searching with daughters help found most antiinflammatory supplements. Recently found Dr Berg info suggesting Vit D3 30k units, along with compatible K2. To replace prednisone. Ive been on over week and beginning to feel mire flexible, less oain.
