Bought new, arrived damaged, wasn't put in case properly, it wasn't fitted in the disk holder before shipping resulting in scratches that even after cleaning and polishing left the game unplayable, price is also ridiculous, I payed as I expected it to be pristine, don't bother buy second hand you get less scratches for almost a 7th of the price the. IMPORTANT, pictures shown are after going through a disk cleaner twice didn't work before didn't work after

Pre-owned disc from GameStop or other game store. The disc itself looks fine, but I was under the impression this was brand new or refurbished to the point where you couldn't tell the difference given the $80 price tag. Certainly not the case, "pun intended."
