The Battery Tender Plus 4 Bank Multibank Charger has been one of the most useful garage tools I’ve purchased. I use it regularly for both my motorcycles and cars, and it has handled everything from traditional lead-acid batteries to lithium batteries without any issues. Having four independent charging banks is incredibly convenient because I can keep multiple vehicles maintained at the same time, especially during periods when some of them sit for a while. The charger automatically manages each battery individually, so I can connect different battery types and not worry about overcharging or damaging them. It’s been excellent for maintaining battery health long term. The setup is straightforward, and the included quick-connect leads make it easy to swap between vehicles or leave permanent connectors installed on motorcycles. The charging indicators are simple to understand, and the unit itself feels very well-built and reliable. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind. My bikes and cars are always ready to start, and I’ve noticed far fewer battery-related problems since using this charger consistently. If you have multiple vehicles with a mix of lithium and standard acid batteries, this is an outstanding investment and well worth the money.

**14 years since purchased** Still works like a champ but I've started hearing a slight buzz and high pitched whining when any bank is connected (charging or maintained). Since this is out in my detached shop, I'm not in a hurry to replace it since it still functions properly. But I will be ordering another one to replace this workhorse. ----- **12 years since purchased** This thing hasn't missed a beat. Always connected to 4 batteries 24/7/365 for over a decade and not once has it failed me. The alligator clamps are starting to wear out, which is to be expected but considering I got over a decade of use from the original set, that's not a bad value at all. Being able to buy new alligator clip ends with the quick-disconnect makes replacing them not-a-bother. ------ **Original review*** I have a fleet of 7 company vehicles that only get used a few times per month. I keep 14 spares as well in the garage to have as backups to prevent as little downtime due to battery juice as possible. This little thing works like a champ. I can have a dead battery back to full charge in under 2 days. Once one battery is topped off, I just move the clamps to the next one and keep cycling the batteries every couple of days. This thing has saved me $1000 in new batteries I buy each year, so it's money well spent. I'm thinking about purchasing another 4 bank to decrease the time it takes to top off all my batteries.

I first purchased my Harley-Davidson V-Rod back in July 2003. By December 2005 the stock battery was dead a mere 29 months after I had purchased the bike. I started searching online thinking that this was unacceptable and wound up purchasing a battery tender jr. to go with the replacement battery. As of the writing of this review (May 11, 2010) the replacement battery is still going strong at 53 months and counting. I was so thrilled with the performance of the battery tender jr. I went out and purchased the 4-bank battery charger so I could hook up all 4 of my vehicles at the same time. Another reference point was I bought my GMC Sierra back in March 2001 and it's battery made it all the way to February 2010. When I took it into AutoZone to be tested the guys at the shop were completely floored that I had a stock battery that made it almost 9 years to the day. It wasn't as if I was particularly kind to this battery either as it spent 3 winters outside in Detroit along the way not to mention I only kept it on the battery tender periodically and over the past 4 years. Considering most automotive batteries come with a 60 month warranty and I made it to month 107 I'd have to say that's a pretty healthy gain in lifetime. I'm still not sure what the battery tender's power consumption is but I'm fairly certain this unit will pay for itself several times over during the life of your vehicles. If you take care of your vehicles then you owe it to them and yourself to add this device to your mancave. I have mounted it to the ceiling and plugged it in the wall outlet next to the garage door opener so I hardly even notice it's there.

Using this to keep multiple vehicle batteries healthy. It has worked well so far. The only gripe I have is that the leads are a little short and wish they were 2-4 ft longer. Otherwise, seems to be working well!

Like I said you get what you pay for this is sitting in the garage charging four vehicles at all times I like it because it is a good quality brand. It is safe endurable it doesn’t get hot. It’s very simple and you’re able to add extensions to it it accepts the extensions without a problem. All four of our vehicles are being charged, which includes a car a motorcycle and two ATVs I like to fit in the finish the quality the look it’s the most banged for the buck. I highly recommend this product. I definitely would buy it again.

Great multi port charging station! I use it to charge my fishing boat batteries all at once and works great! Just hook it up, and walk away, highly recommend this unit if in need of a multi port charging station.

This 4 bank charger is awesome. I also ordered extension cables so all 3 harley batteries are charging and my seadoo battery.

I have a boat, a side by side and two ride on lawn tractors. Four batteries being taken care of at the same time without having cords everywhere. Great charger and battery maintenance unit for multiple batteries all at the same time

It does come with 4 connectors that are bout 6 ft in length. This was not clear in the description so it does come complete and ready to use. Great product

I'm very happy with this product. I use this for winter storage at the lake. I don't have to worry about the unit resetting if the power goes out.
