Does this contain any latex?

Not that I know of. It is basically an calcium alginate pad that you place on a wound then use tape or gauze to keep in place .

What side should be put on the wound---does it matter? The clear packaging or the logo side when opening?

Put the non logo side on the wound

What about the expiration date?

Should I change the pad once it's fully saturated?

In the first month I was changing the whole bandages five times a day. As the infection was improving then I was able to change my bandages four times,, and eventually down to three, then, two,then one. I also used gauze and abdominal pads. The infection and wound healed a lot faster
