It has a fresh taste without being super sweet. **Q: What is natural flavor?** A: Natural Flavor means that it came naturally from Grapes. In the Ingredients List, it lists Concord Grape Juice Powder, so most of the real Flavoring is from the Concord Grapes. It's good, too! I found these with a decent amount of electrolytes per serving, I don’t like sweet and these are not sweet but good flavor. I know the flavors I like and don’t like so I stick to fruit punch on most things. Packets are throw in my bag and go, no worries they will bust open. I feel hydrated, but I do drink 2-3 a day. The price point is very appealing. And they mix in water super easy. No color so I’m thankful to not have any stains if some splashes on me. I don’t count calories but are thankful they don’t add to them.
