I have been taking this over a week, my face and neck was very puffy now I noticed less puff this even helped with my muscles cramps, taste is bitter but I will take it due to the benefits and improvements I have seen.

I have been taking this for about 5 months now as I wanted to give it a chance. There has been no improvement in my ankles and legs. The last bottle developed a slimy mold and I had to throw it out. A lot of money wasted and a big disappointment.

I'm still not sure if the dropper is defective or not. I say that because when using the dropper to get the product, it only fills about half way. So I take two of those as bottle describes. Still unsure if that's the correct amount or should the entire dropper be filled to equal 1ml, you're to take two. Second, I do believe it's helping internally some way. My fingers aren't swollen, my ankles aren't swollen, I no longer have the pain I was having in my shoulder. I take it straight to my mouth. I'm really shocked by the pain relief. My stomach does look less bulgy. Taste is not bad , tolerable. I really just taste the elderberry. My only issue is not knowing whether I'm getting the required amount due to the dropper
