Bad build.
I purchased this computer, twice. First was early last year for my son (no issues). The second one for my daughter late last year (issues). Since the first one was working well, I didn't expect any issues for my daughter's. However, I was mistaken. She told me she was having issues after the 30-day refund policy and so we are now stuck with it.Basically, the build was bad, especially the PSU (picture attached). The 3060 requires 600 watts, but her computer was fitted with a 500 watt PSU which was causing stability issues. I replaced it myself with a 650 PSU and that fixed the issue.I used to build my own computers and had slowly moved away from that as other stuff kept me busy, so I relied on purchasing prebuilt computers. No longer. This experience has re-ignited the importance of building my own computers moving forward. It is important to make sure any pre-built computer you purchase is working as YOU intend it, and if not, return it immediately. Trying to work with tech support can be a pain, especially if their work hours don't align with yours. I can't imagine someone who isn't computer knowledgeable trying to figure this out for themselves or working with tech support. Finally, the i7-4790 CPU is now a bottleneck for the GPU, and in order to upgrade the CPU, I will need to replace the motherboard and RAM. What a waste of money.

Satisfied
My 17 yo daughter wanted a gaming set up and as a single parent I was on a budget. After spending countless hours researching the type of specs that were necessary to play the kind of games she does, I continued my search throughout the internet for an affordable option. Although hesitant to purchase from Amazon in case we ran into any issues or it needed to be returned, I took a risk after reading reviews on Amazon, YouTube and other sources.Arrival:It arrived in a huge box, upon opening there was the setup encased in another box and some filler paper. I opened up the setup and it was packaged to my satisfaction. Everything came in their own little boxes and the tower even had foam inside to prevent any small pieces from breaking during transport. It came with all the extras as guaranteed.Set up:I’m tech friendly enough to configure setup, but it was pretty simple to me that I believe a non experienced person can do it as instructions were printed on the tower where/where not to plug the components. Everything was included (minus the monitor) and I was able to connect the monitor, mouse and speaker for use.Use of setup:The tower is very nice when the lights are turned on and you can even control the colors with an included remote. Some things to consider is the tower includes USB components for Bluetooth and WiFi, I knew this upon purchasing. I personally didn’t have trouble with either and the computer connected to our WiFi just fine. I wasn’t too worried in case by chance it didn’t because I had an Ethernet cable on hand but thankfully it wasn’t necessary. This computer is not meant to be upgraded to Windows 11, I also knew this before purchasing. I figured for the price I couldn’t complain and can do any part upgrades needed in a year or two. No problems running Windows so far.Overall:My daughter is happy so in turn I am happy. We’ve only had the setup for two weeks and so far no problems, I hope this is continuous.I apologize for this long review, but I wanted to leave a detailed description of our experience.

Absolute Garbage!
Update: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!PC was purchased in September and crashed by May leaving it unable to be repaired. Reached out to seller for assistance and they sent out a replacement PC which I have yet to be able to use. The replacement PC came with a damaged video card, leaving it, unable to transmit video data to the monitor. Contacted technical support again and here I am one week later with still no solution insight. I was told a week ago that they were going to email me a return shipping label to send the damaged video card back, when I called this morning because I hadn’t received that label, tech-support informed me that they had more questions regarding the problem and had yet to process the replacement.1st review: WiFi card runs a lot slower than I expected and fans are a little loud. For the price it’s not a bad little pc. When it’s time to update, you’ll need a whole new computer as the components are all built in.Had PC warranty when they sent me back a new PC the video card parts were dented, had to call them again and they sent me out a new video card a week later and I had to install it myself. When I receive the new computer it does not have the same equipment installed as the old one.It had an older processor and motherboard. It had a older processor and motherboard than the original computer had this company is an absolute fraud and I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Works good for price
Great pc for the price! would definitely recommend swapping the gpu if u play games like Fortnite I paid 440 with a discount so I can’t complain u get like 70-100 fps in game so if u want more would swap out the gpu, swap out the cpu if u want windows 11.

Shocked and disappointed
Looks nice but no matter what settings I used it never had an un- pixelated picture. And the slow speed would not let us play fortnite . How come we can plug in a $299 Xbox s and get a flawless picture in 4k and plenty of speed to play the game but this gorgeous looking lighted up box couldn't do any of that?So we just removed the game from the PC and put it back in the box I'm just disappointed I was looking forward to gaming on this PC.I am also confused as to why it takes so long for the funds to be returned to me. It took just two days for the item to get to my house after ordering it but according to the text in my email it could take weeks or a month to get the money back. That's wrong.
