Very frustrating until I came across this product - it's PERFECT. I usually wear 2x clothing as I don't like things to feel tight. This has just the right amount of front cross over so I don't feel like I'm flashing while walking down the hall. Going up to the next size would have been even better in the cover up but I think the pockets would not fall in the right place for a comfortable fit. It felt soft to touch right out of the bag, but I washed it before using it. I think it felt even softer and there was NO shrinkage. Also, I'm a known cheap-skate so the price was GREAT! This robe ticked all my boxes and unless it falls apart in the next month (which I doubt) I couldn't be happier.
