Can this be applied before/under my makeup?

Yes… I use it as a regular moisturizer since creams and lotions don’t seem to do much with my dry skin. Apply just maybe 2-3 drops… a little bit goes a long way. It’s going to seem really oily at first and then it soaks into the skin. I would probably wait 15-20 minutes before applying make up. And just go about your normal routine,
