What is the difference between Sleepy Magnesi-Om and Magnesi-Om?

Unlike our regular Magnesi-Om, Sleepy Magnesi-Om has a microdose of plant-based melatonin. Sleepy Magnesi-Om is also formulated with magnesium bisglycinate in place of magnesium citrate, and a higher dose of L‑theanine for maximum calm.

What’s the best time of day to take it?

We recommend taking Sleepy Magnesi-Om 1-2 hours before bed, as needed.

Can I take Sleepy Magnesi-Om and Magnesi-Om at the same time?

No. We don’t recommend drinking them both on the same day because this would go over the upper intake limit of magnesium. Instead, we suggest drinking Magnesi-Om nightly, and switching to Sleepy on nights when you need a little extra help sleeping.

Which form of magnesium is best for restful sleep?

The best forms of magnesium are highly bioavailable and easily absorbed in the gut, such as magnesium gluconate and magnesium bisglycinate. These forms also support the body’s stress response and promote relaxation.
