Nice, well working machine.
Very nice machine and the ice is perfect. I waited 3 months to review because I wanted to make sure it worked well and lasted. We run 3 tubs of ice every other day so it has gotten a lot of use. It takes about an hour and a half to run three tubs. We dump it into the ice dispenser in our non working frig ice maker. Just a not, the ice is a little wet when we du,p it in so a few minutes after dumping we use an ice pick to break it up.

Good quality ice machine
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She says it makes ice nuggets equivalent to restaurant quality. So far I'm very pleased.

Good for small family
This is a good product. Price is fair. Size is good. It doesn’t take up much space. It is very durable and makes ice quickly and quietly. I thought the ice basket would be a little bigger. You can’t fill more than 2 big cups with one basket of ice. Also thought the water reservoir would be a little bigger. It needs constant filling. But if you only have 2 people or less in your house, this might work for you. Probably wouldn’t recommend for a family of 3 or more. I keep a jug of water need ours so I don’t have to constantly go back and forth from unit to sink a bunch.

Love the ice. Hate the fact I have to clear out the chute every 10 minutes for it to continue making ice. AND it began making a horrible squealing sound while making the ice. Of course this was after the return timeline had expired. They were good enough to go ahead and issue a refund though.

This is a great little ice maker. It has a relatively small footprint on the counter. It's very quiet and it makes a sufficient amount of ice.
