I would think so. If prepared and applied correctly.

Is this suitable for concrete? (Concrete she’s and posts?)

Yes this is suitable for concrete. If it is bare concrete you will need to thin the first coat by 20% (white spirt) as the concrete will be very porous then after 12-24 hours apply the second coat un thinned. Depending on the porosity of the concrete you may need a third coat.
