1. The packaging of the product was pathetic.2. The product does not look fresh and this might be due to the awful packaging, and the dust accumulated in transit.3. The bag has scratches on the shor compartment and on the chest buckle (probably due to inadequate packaging and damage in transit)(Points to consider before buying.)1. The charging cable is in the lower back pocket and putting a powerbank would hurt the back as the powerbank I have is of 20,000 mAh and would create a buldge.2. The shoe compartment is a great addition. But if you place your shoe in the shoe compartment then the 2nd pocket, can accommodate only 1 pair of clothes.
