It still took a couple of weeks to come but it was sent from the US so this does not seem entirely unreasonable. It appears to be a good seal and works very well at present. I am pleased with it so far. We will see how long it lasts. However, the coffee makers I bought the seals for do not give sizes, so I had to guess which size of ring to order. Had the company given sizes in cm as well as in cups, I could have measured the rings.
