Great for teachers
I take the Nature's Bounty at the start of the school year to help me fight off whatever is coming my way (I'm a teacher), and I do notice a difference. I do combine it with the same brand's zinc, but between the rose hips, and C, I feel like I have a fighting chance against whatever comes in. Solid value for the money, also causes no stomach upset.

I have used Vitamin C supplements for years and like this Nature's Bounty brand as well as the others I have used in the past and it is more economical.

Tengo un par de meses usándola y no me he contagiado de gripe aun teniendo gripe mi esposo e hijos. Le recomiendo a mi esposo tomarlas. Pero el no es muy fanático de tomar vitaminas de forma frecuente.. Mis hijos son pequeños aun no puden tomar de estas.
