Do not waste your money !!!!
I am in so much pain from this price of rubbish I have a bad spine and was so excited to try this.....Please please do not bother it is so thin and no support at all. I can't return it as 4 days over the time limit. Been in too much pain to do that untill now anyway. Lesson learned. Do not buy as is not as good.as you think it will be.
