Clean electrolytes that actually work (ignore the low reviews)
Ignore the low reviews. This is a minimal-ingredient electrolyte mix, so it doesn’t taste like the typical commercial brands packed with sweeteners and additives designed to hit your taste buds. It’s clean and simple, and it works extremely well. I’ve used it on long, demanding days and it quickly brings my energy back. I also use it before workouts and it does the job perfectly. If you want something clean and effective rather than artificially flavoured, this is spot on.

Shaken not dissolved
Awful. I really wanted to like these, but they’re the worst electrolytes I’ve tried. They taste incredibly powdery and simply don’t dissolve properly, no matter how much you shake the bottle. It genuinely feels like drinking chalk or watered-down cement. I won’t be buying these again.

Tastes nice, good value, clean ingredients.
A clean electrolyte powder at a reasonable price. I use this brand for their keto mayonnaise and trust their product ethic. On a ketondiet I struggle to eat enough salt so these help after exercise and during fasting. A very fair price compared to alternatives and does the job. It makes about a pint of water slightly flavoured. Tastes absolutely fine. I use the mixed pack to mix it up as there are no bad flavours. Mixed berry is my favourite.

Great product, nightmare to make contact to complain when they have fallen short
Really good product but they were 2 sachet short in the box and it's impossible to contact - just get send in a loop. Wouldn't normally complain but it's frustrating being missold.

Salt, and more salt, with a hint of flavour
The overwhelming taste is that of salt, with then a vague after hint of whatever flavour its claiming to be. The lemon and lime ones are, to me, the least objectionable. I was really looking forward to these because I can’t stand artificial sweeteners and stevia, but this appears to have been achieved at the expense of taste and flavour. Shame cos they smell great in powder form! They do seem to be decent electrolytes, very much needed in the recent heat but could I force myself to drink one of these every day, no matter the benefits? I’m not sure. I’ll keep them for emergencies and keep looking.

Good for rehydration
A little salty in taste (but I prefer this to overly sweet like some) definitely make a difference, (far less cramping in my feet) none of the flavours are overly powerful, the citrus one is my least favourite but they are all ok

Great product
This is 3rd time getting these Electrolytes. I like that it doesn't contain artificial ingredients, sugar or artificial sweeteners. Also closest ratio could find to LMNT product after watching Andrew Huberman... Find it strange that some people find it too salty or tasteless. It's Electrolytes with no weird stuff added. Love it

Don't buy these
I don't write reviews but feel I just. I've buying lots of different electrolyte brands to find the right one and this is not it. It's disgusting. Tasteless. It would be better to have some pink salt and lemon juice in some water..please don't waste your money on these. The flavour is non existent and then I can a heavier salt presence but with this off attempt at a flavour makes it awful to drink. Felt poorly afterwards and not like I have down usually drinking them.
