Just received mine. It was packaged very well thick cardboard and foam. I haven't turned it on yet I still need to setup ventilation and water system. Everything appears to be in good condition no damage. I will update after I start using it but I wanted to put some pictures on here. Just incase someone else is like me and searching everywhere to see if bottom was already cut out for larger rotary or not for some reason omtech doesn't show this in any pictures I've seen. I am happy to see it is pre cut unlike the original k40.

Love love love it!! At first I was having problems since it was my first time but it cuts and engrave perfectly!! The only thing is that the usb cable I recibe had to change it since I have to be searching for the laser every time I used it cause it was not connecting properly. But then everything works fine

May collect dust tried 3 different laptops and none of them work hopefully the thinkpad i had to order will work .

Great customer service.. had initial issues getting it setup. They should supply more documentation on machine function and safety features
