I buy these for my son every birthday .

Likes:1) All Black, cant stain this. Dirt wipes or hoses off easily.2) A sole that grips, I can see why skateboarders love these. I just wanted something that would not slip. It is a gummy rubber bottom, even on wet tile. I am age 60, so slipping becomes a big deal.3) Light and comfortable day 3, Just a few days to adjust the lacing for me, looser toward the toe made it a perfect fit4) Not made in China, it was made in Cambodia. I dislike that the CCP is threatening Taiwan and the free world. We vote with our dollars. Sure, US made would be great, but I am just thrilled to avoid the communist at this point.Dislikes:1) Branding, its hard to avoid with a great shoe as the are proud, but its not bad and I could take a Sharpie and black it out in a minute.2) Mine had to ship from the UK to the US, so I had a wait. No biggie.Summary, Very happy with these in all areas and having had Van's as a child, was happy to try them again.

edit: one of those shoes u gotta break in and after that they are very comfy and my fave, rating has deffo gone upThe lining is really hard and it hurts the back of my foot when i walk. I got a size up and its impossible to walk straight in these. Wouldn't buy again. The product looks awesome tho lol, sometimes gotta bleed for the drip ya know

Take the size of your foot and reduce it by a size and a half, and you might be in the range, reasonable, for this shoe. It is so narrow that I can’t even describe how silly I feel writing this review. I feel like I’m writing a review for a different product entirely.On top of the above issue, I was attempting to return it, but found out that in order to return it the way they’re asking me to return. It would cost me well over the cost of the item in the first place. If you are in the United States, do not buy from the store.
