Cloud Portable WiFi Hotspot for Travel | 4G LTE Mobile Internet (USA &130+ Countries) | No SIM | Prepaid Data Multi-Carrier | Connects 8 Devices | with 10GB USA Data

I’ve been very happy with this hotspot overall. The device itself works exactly as I hoped it would. The connection has been reliable, speeds have been good, and it’s been a great option when I need internet on the go. My one complaint isn’t with the hotspot itself but with the website used to purchase data. It works, but the site has a very sketchy appearance and doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when you’re entering payment information. Everything ended up being fine, but the experience could definitely benefit from a more professional-looking platform. As for the hotspot, no complaints. In fact, I like it so much that I superglued a Tile tracker to it because I know myself well enough to understand that anything small and useful is eventually going to vanish into another dimension. The device has performed reliably, the connection quality has been solid, and I’d happily recommend it. Just don’t judge it by the website. The hotspot itself is much better than the first impression the data portal gives.

I purchased this based on the Amazon reviews, and I am not disappointed. In fact, I am typing this review from somewhere up in the Adirondacks with a perfect, fast connection with several devices connected. When I was setting up, I ran into a very slight issue, reached out to support and someone got back to me very quickly and the issue (which actually wasn't an issue) was resolved. The data packages are reasonably priced and seem to cover the needs of any user. Set up is straightforward as long as you pay close attention to the directions in the little booklet since connection is via a QR code. My device also came with a complimentary 10GB which is always nice! I'm exceptionally pleased with this purchase!

I brought the Globlinker portable Wi-Fi device with me to Greece and Turkey, and it worked flawlessly from the moment I turned it on. The internet connection was fast and reliable. I was even able to request Ubers easily while exploring both countries. The device is lightweight, compact, and very easy to use. Everything is clearly displayed on the screen, and setup was simple. I had a quick question and emailed customer support . They replied almost instantly and even gave me extra data as a bonus. Incredible service! I’m really impressed with both the product and the support team. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling internationally. It gave me peace of mind and kept me connected the entire trip!

I purchased this before an out-of-town trip in a camper with a dog. I used it with a TempStick whenever I was away from the camper to monitor the temperature inside to ensure the safety of my dog. I also used it in the evening to access the internet for entertainment, check maps for the next leg of the journey, etc. Out of the box, the 10 GB of free data was not showing up, but after a quick chat with customer service they promptly loaded the data. I then had several follow up e-mails from customer service verifying that everything was working properly. The device operated flawlessly and was exactly what I needed. And as a bonus, their customer service was exceptional. If you're needing a reasonably priced hotspot with great customer service, then I highly recommend this one!

I ordered this device to use with my DMR hotspot on the go. I drive a semi and go in and out of coverage a lot. This thing is not dependent on any single network provider it will work on all three major companies. There is a slight lag when changing provider but nothing to serious. I had to change the SSID and password to match my Wi-Fi at home, but that was easy to do and works flawlessly. I can also keep my laptop and my tablet connected to the internet with this. It is much better than trying to use my phone as a mobile hotspot. As you can see in the picture I haven't mounted to a battery pack with my DMR hotspot, the battery pack is to power the hotspot as this device has its own power. It is truly grab and go and I can use my DMR radio anytime anywhere

Worked marginally for about 4 days, then it stopped working altogether. Customer support was amazing, though! They responded quickly to fix the issue and followed up periodically to make sure we didn’t run into more issues. A solid solution for rural Sicily! Heads up that it only runs 4G, but is plenty for the basics.

Bought for use in the Philippines, and purchased a data plan. Device display indicated connected and sometimes showed device displayed not conected.

I bought this for remote work in USA, but it's great to know that if I travel overseas I can use it there as well. The unit itself seems sturdy and well made. I LOVE the fact that I can see how much data is remaining as I use it! It connects to my computer very fast. Very good plan options, reasonably priced, only buy what you need. No issues so far maintaining a stable connection. Customer service is exceptional. Very happy customer! I'm using this one for business, but I just might get another one for my everyday use and drop my main carrier! (...We'll see...)
