I walk about 5 miles a day and they are extremely comfortable with no foot pain. The construction is very good, they are light weight, good padding and they look great as well. These shoes are a little pricey but the value for the price is great. These shoes will last for quite some time. It is important to point out that there are two versions of this shoe, Supportive and Neutral. I didn't like the supportive because the arch was too high/thick and I found it uncomfortable, but the neutral was a perfect solution for me. Review: A good replacement for the 21 GTS - These replaced my GTS 21s that wore out after putting a lot of miles on them walking my dog. I wasn't sure if I'd like them because I find a lot of shoes allow my heel to slip while walking. But so far these have been really comfortable for walking on pavement. I have also noticed the GTS line has helped correct my gait; I used to walk with my toes slightly pointed out which caused uneven wear on the right side of my heel for my entire life since childhood. But so far I haven't noticed any abnormal wear on the last two sets of GTS.
