Purchased this as existing i5 was not upto the task for some games as too slow and glitchy. This PC is easy to set up and totally amazing cannot fault it as all. Existing games run like a dream so far very impressed especially after reading a few negative reviews was slightly worried but really no need its an impressive piece of kit.

it is working fine and delivered on time, but i must add that the expanding foam packaging wedged the graphics card so tight i had to remove the card to get the foam packaging out, and that there was no instructions and it is much larger that the picture, it's twice the width. otherwise i am loving it. thank you.

Horrible surprise when I opened PC case. Cooler's screws off, just one left to keep it on socket and CPU missing. CyberPower scotch cut, another clear scotch put over. Assembly could be given not even one star, but zero stars, cable management horrible and it looked like some newbee had just 10 minutes to put things together. I am going to return it, of course. That's not what I paid my money for.

Well packed and delivered early, fans and light control module where unplugged and had to be reconnected but that's all, it runs flawlessly and plays every game I've thrown at it.

Had the computer almost a year did a benchmark test the reading said built by a master 👍👍👍

If you're thinking of buying it you will not be disappointed ...its amazing !!!

This was bought in good faith, I thought, as advertised by the seller. But it didn't work, and the systems in place for technical support by the seller were not helpful. I was advised to open the side to diagnose what was wrong. If a computer doesn't boot up, the first thing you would do is open it and check it anyway. And also, they have an instruction to remove the glass side of the case immediately, so that you can remove the bizarre foam packaging inside - which they say is there to protect the components and leads from coming out and being damaged during transit - that which they then also have warnings about, in case the computer isn't working. I removed the packaging, very carefully, and put the glass side back on. It didn't work, and I followed the instructions that were packed - I opened the side again to check for loose cables. But it is very difficult to slide out, and when I did, the glass sidescreen slipped out of its slot, and tapped down the one inch fall to my desk from the bottom of the computer casing, and shattered as if a bullet hit it. So that would've needed replaced. The instructions that come with the computer are almost non-existent, and they seem more concerned with directing people to just getting the computer to work, if indeed it does not - things such as suggesting that wires may be unplugged etc. I am awaiting a courier for Amazon to take it back. I contacted the seller, and wasn't happy with how they wanted to deal with issues I had. It seemed very strange how they communicate with customers, going over the same stuff they have in the document that's packed with the computer. Overall, it was a pretty shocking service.

Livré sans SSD impossible de faire quoi que ce doit avec ce PC. Dommage le matériel paraissait de bonne qualité !
