No sir. I buy this brand of almond packets all the time. We almost always have these in my kitchen. They're a fast, easy way to satisfy our between-meal "munchies". I especially enjoy the convenience of being able to drop a few into my purse or in my kids backpacks. Each box contains 32 individual packets of nuts. Each package contains about .625 ounces. That's about a hand full. (See my pics). That's about the perfect amount for a quick snack. These are very nutritious for you. Each package contains 4 grams of protein. Coupe that with the fact that it's only 100 calories in the entire pack, that makes this an excellent choice for anyone trying to maintain their weight, or even lose some.
