And unless you're examining it closely, you won't be able to tell the difference. The clip end is super easy to use and affix to your purse. The key ring end? Man, I was NOT gonna ruin my nails trying to pry that thing apart to attach to my purse ring. Instead, I used the beaded chain on one of my purse tags to connect.

Do not hesitate to buy this! Looks so much like the real thing! I added it to one of my Cherry purses. When I walked into one of those stores that shall not be named, the salespeople loved it and had no idea it was not one of theirs.
