I have upper back scoliosis with a rotation to the right. My shoulders are uneven which causes neck and jaw pain on one side. I purchased three different styles of back brace and this was my least favorite. It's comfortable and is very good quality but it didn't even out my shoulders or improve the rotation like the other two I purchased. If you need lower and mid back stability, this would probably be a good option. I purchased the upper back brace from the same brand and it is exactly what I needed.

This is well made, as the size small is too large for a petite woman under 5' tall. My doctor approved of it and all I need to do is alter it slightly by making the waist part smaller. It will be worth my extra work as it's designed in USA. which I fully support.

Does exactly what it claims to do. I'm working on my posture. I feel better when I sit up straight, but I have bad habits. This reminds me to sit up. It is pretty comfortable over a light tshirt.

I don't know how good it is as I just received it. However I was given a returned item. It was stuffed in the box with no instructions. It says "read user guide before use." There is no user guide. I'm assuming it's fairly self-explanatory.
