In June 2019, while on a trip, I slipped on a wet tile floor and hyper-extended my right knee. I have numerous back problems which make it difficult for me to walk. A specific problem is dragging my toes so that I trip and fall. On a recommendation, I bought a DKN model 3 standup vibrating machine. I have been using it almost daily for over a year (I try to use three times a day for 2 minutes each time, but many days I only get on it once or twice). The machine has greatly reduced my tripping incidents (I think in 2015 I only fell twice). Prior to get the machine I frequently fell many times each month. I was told by a doctor that the vibrations of the machine rebuild or restore the nerves the control my legs so that my foot lifts enough to avoid a trip. Whatever the physiological change in my legs, the vibration machine works. If I am too busy to use it for a couple of days, my feet start dragging, catching on stairs and tiny irregularities on waling surfaces. When I am using the machine , I do not have any of these problems. There have not been any mechanical problems at all. I do have to turn the vibration rate down to keep my room from vibrating.
