The pads have a softer feel than the stock pads, but the padding is about the same. There's no visual difference between these replacement pads and the stock pads. If you have ever used the original Crusher, you know the pads came off too easily. They are literally just stretched over the headphone cup. Thankfully, these are harder to remove, but it's still the same stretch over cup exercise as the original. It took all of 2 minutes to replace both ear pads. If you have never had to replace the ear pads on any Crusher model, it might take you a little longer until you figure out how to hold the pads and stretch them over the cups. I've only had these replacement pads on for a week, but I hope they hold up over time because they are really comfortable.
