Great little monitor for Theatre programing!
I love this portable monitor so much! its super easy to carry around, quick to set up and is durable enough to last in a bag or wherever I take it! .It not only has a bright screen that is easy to see but has vibrant color that makes every image just pop. I use it on my laptop but it seems compatable with just about anything that I can attach it to. I mostly use it to program theatre lighting so the touch is a huge benefit and i have not noticed any delay or stutter which is just amazing. All this while being able to take my button presses without moving or shaking, so far its stability seems to not be an issue and like I said I run it off my laptop so it doesnt seem to be a huge power drain. All in all this is a great little monitor and works perfect for what I use it for!

Easy setup, broad application
I’ve been greatly pleased with this discovery. Not only is it compatible with my windows-based work life, it’s also compatible with my macOS-based home life. It’s easy to set up, including multiple powering options, and gives the convenience of touch command or the use of a mouse with your primary device. It’s a very good, sturdy, and reasonably priced selection, and comes with its own protective cover.

Great for Stationary and Travel Use
I recently replaced my old MacBook Pro with a new Mac Mini M4 Pro as my main workstation. I already had an external UHD monitor connected to that laptop, so I needed a small monitor to replace the 16" one that was built in to that laptop. Not only is this monitor perfect for my use, but the touchscreen capability is a bonus! The glass panel and thin bezels look great and the monitor is the perfect size to replace the screen I had before. I wasn't expecting the touchscreen function to work with my Mac but it does. If this were the only monitor connected to my Mac, it would work completely as expected for single-taps, but when the Mac has multiple monitors and is set to "extend" across monitors, the touchscreen function works as expected but only when the cursor is already on this 16" monitor. I can accept that because everything else is great - especially for the price. This monitor is also great for use as a temporary or mobile monitor for my iPhone and iPad. The touchscreen functions don't work with them, but this is still a great 16" screen for my phone and tablet. Another surprise is that the monitor's built-in menu system works with the touchscreen function so you don't have to mess around with funky button combinations to adjust its brightness or volume settings. This screen also has built-in speakers that aren't too bad, and works with HDR on my Mac mini and looks great when used in combination with my other external UHD monitor. The multi-position kickstand supports the screen well even when poking at it with your fingers, and stores discretely when not needed. One of the few small suggested improvements would be to add rubber "feet" closer to the middle edge of the screen to support using the monitor on narrower surfaces like small tray tables on a plane or train, etc... This screen also comes with a neoprene sleeve for travel and storage. While it works as intended, I would have liked a folio-style case that remains attached to the screen a little better. Not a deal-breaker as I don't plan on traveling much with this screen and when I do, the included sleeve will provide good protection. It's just not as convenient as an attached folio-style would have been. BTW, a ton of cables were included for nearly all connection scenarios. A USB power adapter was also supplied if needed to power the screen separately. Overall, a great screen and a great value!

Excellent Value!
I’ve been using the CAPERAVE 15.6'' Portable Monitor Touchscreen for a couple of weeks now, and it’s honestly been a fantastic addition to my setup. First off, the display quality really stands out. The 15.6-inch screen is crisp, vibrant, and bright enough for both indoor and outdoor use. Colors look accurate, and it’s great for everything from work tasks to streaming videos. The full HD resolution makes text sharp and easy on the eyes, which is a big plus for long sessions. The touchscreen functionality is smooth and responsive. It feels natural to use, whether I’m scrolling through documents, navigating menus, or doing light creative work. Portability is another huge win. It’s lightweight and slim, so I can easily slip it into my bag and take it anywhere. Setup is quick and simple. It connects easily via USB-C, and I like that it works with multiple devices. The build quality also feels solid. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, and the included cover/stand is practical and sturdy enough for everyday use. Overall, the CAPERAVE portable touchscreen monitor delivers excellent value. It combines great display quality, responsive touch, and true portability in a sleek package. If you’re looking for a reliable second screen for work, travel, or entertainment, this is a really solid choice.

Genuinely useful second screen if your setup supports it
I bought this portable touchscreen monitor a while back and I’m still using it regularly, which says a lot because most tech “helpers” end up in a drawer. For my everyday laptop setup it’s been a solid upgrade. The 15.6 inch size is the sweet spot where it actually feels like a real second screen, but it’s still easy to toss in a bag. The picture is crisp for 1080p, viewing angles are good, and the touchscreen is more than a gimmick. It’s great for quick taps, scrolling, and basic controls when you’re working with multiple windows. The biggest thing I’d tell anyone is to use the cables that come in the box. That sounds obvious, but it matters here. I tried using a couple of my own USB C cables and an older HDMI cable and that’s when I saw little issues like the screen not waking properly or the connection acting finicky. Switching back to the included wires fixed it immediately and it’s been reliable since. What really makes this worth it for me is that if you set it up correctly, you usually don’t need an extra power source. In the right setup it can run off your main device power, so you’re not dragging around another brick or hunting for an outlet. That keeps everything clean and portable, especially when you're on the go. When it’s working that way, it feels like the monitor is just an extension of your laptop instead of another device you have to babysit. I wouldn’t say it’s a perfect fit for every situation, because it depends on what you’re plugging it into and what your ports support, but for the way I use it it’s been genuinely useful and absolutely worth the money. If you want a portable second screen that you’ll actually keep using, this one does the job.
