the pic does not reflect item. there is no blue on the item. it is unclear if the fuel has run out as the indicator light turns red when lit and when out of juice (charge). the usb cord is like 4 inches long and no charger included. otherwise, not having a gas can is a blessing. WILL NOT TAKE A CHARGE AFTER ONLY 6 WEEKS OF USE.

This lighter was too hard to use. Purchased for my father and he doesn't have a steady hand. Impossible to use while driving!

I have purchased this item to gift my brother and since he has been using it he is very happy with it. When I ask him regarding this arc lighter he is very delighted to use it.
