Amazing

B complex is fantastic! Blood test came back and were great. Just one per day for me capsule offers all the energy needed. I really like this, no headaches, no skin outbreak really works well.

Very good supplement

I always suffered with the Bs. I'm pushing 60 and really needed them. I did an allithiamine (B1) routine for a few months then tried this one and I could take it -- daily -- with no gut issues or misery. I really like the Thorne brand. They have a few different B complexes and only this one agrees with me.

Thorne B-Complex #12 has been a total game-changer for my energy levels. It’s like a secret weapon for those dragging afternoons—I feel more focused and less like I need a caffeine IV to get through the day. The active forms of B12 and folate make a big difference, especially if your body struggles to process the synthetic versions found in other supplements. I also love that it’s gentle on the stomach. I’ve taken it on an empty stomach without any issues, which is rare for a B-complex. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and there’s no weird aftertaste or bright yellow “B-vitamin pee” (if you know, you know). The only downside is the price—it’s on the premium side, but with Thorne’s reputation for quality and clean ingredients, it’s worth it. Plus, with only one capsule a day, the bottle lasts longer than you’d think. If you’re looking for a high-quality B-complex that boosts energy, supports mood, and doesn’t mess with your stomach, this is it. 4.8/5
