These strings are fricken great! I play in B and C and D standard most of the time. I previously used EB heavy bottom skinny top strings. I found that when you detune like I do those skinny tops are hard to keep in tune because they move around really easily. You can really give these strings a beating and expect them to stay in tune.These strings stay put, have great resonance throughout any tuning without being overly so. They’re extremely easy to install with a smaller guide at the end to get them through the guides in the tailpiece.If you’re using an LP style guitar like I am and you’re going up in gauge you will have to perform an intonation and raise or lower your pickup height according to taste.

Great set of strings for low tunings.This set goes great with my Schecter guitar, giving me a precise and clear sound.They are quite durable, as I’ve had the same set on my guitar for over 4 months now and it shows without any need for replacement strings.The only problem I’ve had with the strings is a metallic ring on the thickest one, but that might be due to the fact that I’m terrible at replacing strings.

I tried these for my last build. A neck thru "Battle G" that i tune to drop C. Can you say Chula Chula Chuga.

If your looking for a string that feels good playing in drop D, C or B then look no further! The only issue I had with them is the 6E string would barely fit in the tremlo on my Jackson Charvel, but after some situating I was able to make it fit snug.

I am a serious fan of these strings. I will be putting them on all of my guitars . I highly recomend these for low tunings.
