Great quality, poor packaging

I really like the product. My only concern is the packaging, which is often poor. This is the second or third time the package has arrived open due to inadequate packing, causing a lot of the salt to spill inside the box. I hope more care can be taken in packaging the item to prevent waste, especially since it is quite expensive.
