The version we sell always come with the ingredient list (some sellers may not) but here is the ingredient list: Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel and Cotton Seed Oils, Nonfat Dry Milk, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Cocoa, Glyceryl Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Soy Lecithin Added as an Emulsifier, Salt and Artificial Flavors

What is the percentage of cocoa butter?

There is no Cocoa Butter in this product. Therefore, it is not White Chocolate. It is just an imitation with lots of sugar and palm oil.

are they gluten free?

The label says that they are packaged in a facility shared by tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy and wheat products. So these are not safe if you have Celiacs Disease.
