I have no idea about plucking. It's the only product I use and it works great. **Q: can it remove scars caused by ingrown hair** A: Try the silicone cellulite cups! Worked amazing for my legs, I got a really bad reaction to waxing and my legs were COVERED in pimples and scars afterwards, it helped clear my skin in like 2 weeks! Blood flow = healing! Directions: oil up your skin, I used coconut or jojoba, and suction the cup to your skin, without breaking the suction, run the cup over your legs, your skin should be sucked up into the cup and it will hurt but you gotta power through. It does work for bumps after shaving or bumps such as acne. **Q: How do i apply to ingrown hair that i already have on my legs? do i need a brush?** A: It's to pervert ingrown hair. I don't think it works on an already ingrown hair. Anyway just pour some on your hands and tap it to your skin or pour some on a cotton pad and apply it to your skin.
