Q: Is the clear door supposed to be snug fitting? When I installed it there is a gap on both sides towards the top and snug on the bottom

Those little gaps are normal anda dont affect how the oven works.

Q: how do i buy more of the mesh trays that it comes with?

Q: Are the sheets reusable or one time only thing?

There are two types of sheets that came with mine used in the dehydrator, one is similar to a screen with holes (one for each tray) and another that has a smooth surface to keep juice from draining down (as advertised with mine only one sheet came with the dehydrator) both types of sheets are reusable.

Q: is this model $200 more then the same with plastic door just because the door is glass?

My model has a plastic window and it is a problem. Glued it many times. I can’t answer for the seller, but glass would be preferable, based on my experience. I suspect glass would be costlier.

ローフードには最適

円錐型のディハイドレイターが壊れて2台目のエクスカリバー、円錐型は中央に穴が空いているので成型出来なかったローフードのトルティーヤやクレープが可能になる。トレーの取り外しで調整が出来るので、高さのある容器やケーキ型の使用も可能になる。オーブン型のディハイドレイターは容器の高さに合わせて使用可能なのがローフードでは48℃以下でグラタン等のsavory レシピの作成が出来る。1代目は蓋の取り外しがし難かったが、取手が改善されて嬉しい。蓋を外さないで中がトランスルーレントなので温度を変えずにディハイドの状態を確認できるのが嬉しい
