It is a VERY large bottle. The smell of the butter extract is strong so it will come out in your baking well. I've used this to make coffee syrups and it works well. I just wished these were sold in smaller bottles since I only really need a few teaspoons at a time. Review: Not Exactly What I Had Hoped For - I find the extract to have a rather alcohol taste. I don't think this would be so strong if you are using this for baking cookies, etc. as alcohol is dissolved with cooking, but I wanted this to mix in with olive oil for toppings and I don't think this will work. I cannot taste the actual extract for the alcohol. Stick to using this for cooking and it will be fine. Also, the bottle came without a lid.
