買ってから半年くらい使っていますが、自分としては可もなく不可もなく無難な商品という印象です。強いて欠点を挙げれば柄の太さがもう少しあった方が握りやすいと思います。切れ味は使いたてでも切れすぎる事はないです。刃の耐久性は半年砥がずに使えているので十分あります。

Purfect knife!
The knife was smoooth like butter, I used it to cut my crispy pork belly and there was no problem going through the skin at all. It was also comfortable holding the knife, and the quality feels great. For the price it is fantastic. I need time to test durability, but it is great for now!
