Q: Dear Casio, why not have a picture of the back side with the buckle? No one cares about the smaller view on a fake wrist or a picture of the box.

The pictures on Amazon website are not posted by Casio.

Q: I tried adjusting the clasp, now it won't close/lock. Any tips to fix this? Kind of annoyed.

When you adjust it you need to mover the locking mechanism in between the links in order to push down and secure a proper locking. It will not lock if is not in between the link groove. Also if you try to lock it in the flat part of the link you might damage it.
